Three Servo Flow Packing Machine (Down Film)

① It can automatically detect product length, automatically set package bag length, and simultaneously operate packaging for products of different lengths. It can set both fixed and variable bag lengths for packaging.

②Horizontal sealing, film feeding, and material handling are all independently servo-controlled with a simplified mechanical structure, ensuring easy maintenance, minimal wear, and a long service life.

③The main control circuit utilizes a self-developed single-chip microcomputer control program with a 7 inches touch screen display, providing a user-friendly interface that is intuitive and easy to operate. It features self-diagnosis and clear fault display.

④The bag length adjustment range is wide, allowing for perfect matching with upstream processes on the production line.

⑤Each sealing temperature is independently controlled, suitable for various packaging materials, resulting in beautiful and secure seals.

⑥Product formula storage function is available, suitable for packaging multiple varieties without repeated adjustments; automatic packaging can be initiated with a single press.

⑦ The machine is equipped with an exhaust system to remove excess air from the packaging.
